Lip Value Breakdown – Teaching Graphic

This teaching graphic was created as a supplemental instructional aid for my art-education series Sketch N’ Brew. The image breaks down how light, mid-tones, highlights, occlusion shadows, and cast shadows interact across the lips under a top-down light source. The goal was to present complex value relationships in a clear, visually structured format that supports traditional pencil drawing and foundational realism studies.
