Relaxing Rainforest Coloring Book - Front, Spine & Back Cover Design

This project showcases the front and back cover illustrations created for Relaxing Rainforest: Amazon Wildlife Coloring & Learning, an educational coloring book designed to feel calm, approachable, and informative.

The goal was to evoke a sense of gentle discovery—inspired by the educational illustration styles many of us grew up with—while maintaining clean, modern digital painting techniques. I focused on clear silhouettes, readable forms, and warm, inviting color palettes that would appeal to both learners and casual viewers.

The illustrations were developed in Adobe Photoshop, beginning with precise line art, followed by flat mid-tone colors, shadows, lights, and final highlights. This breakdown highlights my workflow from concept to final render, emphasizing strong drawing fundamentals and clarity of form.
